Khulna University Business Review (KUBR) journal is owned and published by the Business Administration Discipline of Khulna University, Bangladesh. Business Review is a journal which allows for traditional as well as non-traditional and qualitative issues to be explored. The journal follows the established policy of accepting no more than 30% of the manuscripts submitted for publication. All articles contained in this volume have been double blind refereed. It is our mission to foster a supportive, mentoring effort on the part of the referees which will result in encouraging and supporting writers.
